An invoice for your booking balance will be issued within 1 working day and is separate from the security deposit. Payment is due 4 days before your booking; a £20 late fee applies if missed. For bookings from Saturday to Monday, payment must be made by close of business on Friday. Confirmation and door entry codes will be provided within 24 hours after payment.

Guests have access for 11 hours, with an initial capacity of 3. Additional hours are charged at £30 each, and extra guests incur a fee of £40 each.
Important: Booking start times are restricted to between 10 AM and 11 PM. We will respond within 24 hours of your booking request to confirm availability.
